I am a fond believer in taking care of one’s well-being both physically and mentally.  Two of my favorite exercises are pilates and yoga.  The combination of the two offer amazing benefits such as STRESS RELEASE and INNER PEACE.  I’ve been fortunate to find two instructors that have improved my fitness level tremendously.  Olga and Jennifer have been amazing teachers and I can’t imagine how chaotic my life would be without their holistic guidance.  Please check out Jennifer’s website for yoga schedule and Olga’s pilates classes can be taken at the LVAC locations.  Namaste
