I am a fond believer in taking care of one’s well-being both physically and mentally. Two of my favorite exercises are pilates and yoga. The combination of the two offer amazing benefits such as STRESS RELEASE and INNER PEACE. I’ve been fortunate to find two instructors that have improved my fitness level tremendously. Olga and Jennifer have been amazing teachers and I can’t imagine how chaotic my life would be without their holistic guidance. I am a big fan of “So you think you can Dance” and appreciate all forms especially contemporary. A few weeks ago I was at a Skrillex concert and was exposed to a dance the kids call, shuffling. I was so impressed with their movement that I am determined to learn the moves in the privacy of my man and kitties 🙂 Perhaps if I can learn this dance well, I’ll share with the world.
